- A significant threat along the route
- 3-4 areas of the threat
- The threat's leader and plan
- Confronting the major threat

5. THE ARRIVAL (1-2 pages)
- The caravan's destination
- The cargo's delivery and consequences
- The payoff for the PCs

6. STAT BLOCKS (1-2 pages)
- 10+ stat blocks for bandits, monsters, threats

7. DM GUIDANCE (1 page)
- Running a journey/escort adventure
- Sequel hooks
