- Summary: the PCs explore a city where a god has died and the divine power vacuum is causing chaos. Temples fight for the dead god's power
- The dead god and what happens when their power is unclaimed

2. THE CITY -- DESCRIPTION (1 page)
- The city's districts and layout
- The dead god's temple and its current state
- The divine power vacuum's effects

3. THE Warring temples (2-3 pages)
- 4-5 major temples competing for the dead god's power
- Each with: priest, goals, dungeon level, allies, enemies
- Temple conflicts and negotiations

4. THE MERCHANT DISTRICT (1.5 pages)
- Markets, guildhalls, trading posts
- 3-4 locations and NPCs
- The economy's response to the divine crisis

5. THE DEAD GOD'S VAULT (2-3 pages)
- The dead god's hidden treasury or power source
- 3-5 areas of the vault
- Guardians and puzzles
- The prize for whoever controls the dead god's power

6. THE GOD'S SUCCESSOR (1-2 pages)
- Who should inherit the dead god's power
- The final conflict over succession
- Resolution options and consequences

7. STAT BLOCKS (1-2 pages)
- 12-15 stat blocks for temple guards, monsters, rival priests

8. DM GUIDANCE (1-2 pages)
- Running a divine city adventure
- Sequel hooks
