Generate a complete D&D edition adventure module, approximately 12-16 pages when formatted, in the style of an ultra-lethal puzzle dungeon with the following sections:

1. OVERVIEW (1 page)
- Title (create a terrifying name for an ultra-lethal tomb)
- Level range: 10-15+
- One-sentence DM hook
- Summary: the PCs must navigate a tomb designed as a deadly puzzle box, where every step is calculated to kill the greedy and arrogant
- The tomb's creator and their philosophy of death and traps

2. THE APPROACH (1 page)
- The landscape around the tomb: dead, cursed, haunted
- 1-2 encounter areas: undead patrols, cursed ground, environmental death traps
- The tomb's exterior: clearly not meant to be entered

3. THE ENTRANCE AND FIRST LEVELS (2-3 pages)
- The entrance itself is a test
- 3-4 levels/chambers with lethal traps
- Each area with: description, deadly traps (describe mechanism and avoidance), monsters, false treasure, real treasure
- Clues about the creator's mind

4. THE MIDDLE LEVELS (3-4 pages)
- The heart of the death trap
- 3-4 areas with increasingly elaborate puzzles and lethal traps
- The creator's personality revealed through traps and decorations
- Mini-boss encounters
- Moral choices: the tomb tests values, not just skills

5. THE DEEPEST LEVELS (2-3 pages)
- The tomb's master's resting place
- The most elaborate trap of all
- The final boss: sadistic, arrogant, cunning
- The boss's true weakness
- The ultimate treasure for the worthy

6. STAT BLOCKS (1-2 pages)
- 15+ stat blocks: traps as entities, undead, guardians, final boss

7. TREASURE (1 page)
- Cursed items marked as such
- True treasures that require cleverness
- Master treasure list

8. DM GUIDANCE (2 pages)
- Running an ultra-lethal dungeon: fairness and clarity
- When to hint vs when to let failure happen
- Communicating danger without railroading
- The philosophy of death traps
- Sequel hooks
