1. OVERVIEW (1 page)
- Title (create an evocative name for a gauntlet adventure)
- Level range: 3-8
- One-sentence DM hook
- Summary: the PCs must pass through a series of increasingly difficult challenges -- a gauntlet -- each testing different skills, with rewards and consequences
- The gauntlet's creator and purpose

2. THE CHALLENGE ARENA (1-2 pages)
- Where the gauntlet begins
- 4-5 locations: starting area, waiting hall, judge's chamber, supply area
- 4-5 NPCs: challenger master, observer, medic, sponsor, rival challenger
- The rules of the gauntlet

3. THE GAUNTLET -- EARLY CHALLENGES (1-2 pages)
- First 3-4 challenges
- Each with: challenge description, how to pass it, reward for passing, consequence for failing
