Template

Generate a complete D&D edition adventure module, approximately 8-12 pages when formatted, in the style of a military/garrison adventure with the following sections:

1. OVERVIEW (1 page)
- Title (create an evocative name for a military campaign/garrison adventure)
- Level range: 2-6
- One-sentence DM hook
- Summary: the PCs are part of or hired by a military garrison facing a growing threat -- a rebel army, a monster horde, or an invading force -- and must defend their position or strike at the enemy
- The military conflict: who are the opposing sides and what do they want?

2. THE GARRISON/FORT (1.5 pages)
- Describe the military installation: walls, barracks, armory, command tent, stables, granary, medical tent
- 5-6 NPCs: the commanding officer (with orders and a hidden agenda), a sergeant, a scout, a field medic, a quartermaster, a civilian living near the garrison
- The garrison's problems: supply shortages, low morale, desertions, intelligence failures
- Military structure: ranks, duties, chain of command

3. THE FRONTIER (1-2 pages)
- The border region where conflict is brewing
- 2-3 encounter areas: scouting missions, skirmishes, intercepted messages
- The enemy's approach and tactics
- Environmental features of the battlefield

4. THE ENEMY CAMP (2-3 pages)
- Describe the enemy's position: camp layout, defenses, troop types
- 3-4 distinct areas within or around the enemy position:
  - The command tent (leadership, plans, intelligence)
  - Barracks/mess halls (troop morale, prisoner areas)
  - Supply trains or weapon caches
  - A special facility: siege engines, monster pens, a shrine to the enemy's god
- Infiltration or assault options: stealth, diplomacy, or direct attack
- Treasure: captured supplies, enemy equipment, intelligence documents

5. THE ENEMY COMMANDER (1-2 pages)
- The opposing commander's description, motivation, and personality
- Their plan and why it's a real threat
- Boss encounter: how to defeat them (combat, sabotage, capture, negotiation)
- What happens when the enemy is defeated or allied with

6. STAT BLOCKS (1 page)
- 10-12 stat blocks for soldiers of both sides, commanders, special units
- Compact format with military rank and equipment notes

7. DM GUIDANCE (1 page)
- Running military-style encounters and strategy
- Balancing tactical combat with roleplay
- Making the player characters feel like part of a larger war effort
- Sequel hooks and campaign integration
