Generate a complete D&D edition adventure module, approximately 10-14 pages when formatted, in the style of an island adventure with the following sections:

1. OVERVIEW (1 page)
- Title (create an evocative name for a mysterious island)
- Level range: 3-8
- One-sentence DM hook
- Summary: the PCs sail to a mysterious island that has appeared or been discovered, where an ancient dragon empress rules over strange creatures and terrible secrets
- The island's origin: how it got here and why it matters

2. THE VOYAGE AND ARRIVAL (1-2 pages)
- The journey: storms, sea monsters, navigation challenges
- First sight of the island: description that conveys mystery and danger
- Beach landing and immediate encounters
- The island's geography: beaches, jungles, mountains, ruins, a central peak

3. THE ISLAND'S SURFACE (1-2 pages)
- 2-3 encounter areas on the island's surface
- Strange flora and fauna: exotic plants, mutated animals, magical creatures
- Environmental hazards: toxic plants, strange weather, magical anomalies
- Signs of the dragon empress's rule: statues, sacrifices, minions
- A settlement: dragon-worshipper village, island tribe, or monster population

4. THE UNDERGROUND (2-3 pages)
- 3-4 areas beneath the island: caves, ruins, tunnels, a submerged chamber
- Each area should have:
  - Area name and description
  - Inhabitants: island dwellers, dragon minions, ancient guardians
  - A puzzle or challenge
  - Treasure: island treasures, dragon hoard fragments, ancient artifacts
  - Lore about the dragon empress and the island's purpose
- The island may be the top of a larger structure: a sunken temple, a dragon's prison, or a magical construct

5. THE EMPRESS'S THRONE (2-3 pages)
- The dragon empress's lair: a vast underground chamber or mountain peak
- Describe the throne room in detail
- The dragon empress: appearance, personality, backstory, and motivations
- Her plan: what she is doing on the island and why
- Boss encounter with environmental and magical advantages
- The empress's weakness and the means to defeat her

6. STAT BLOCKS (1-2 pages)
- 12-15 stat blocks for island creatures, dragon minions, the empress

7. DM GUIDANCE (1 page)
- Running an island adventure: exploration, mystery, and survival
- Making the island feel alien and dangerous
- Sequel hooks: other islands, the empress's allies, the island's connection to the mainland
