Generate a complete D&D edition adventure module, approximately 10-14 pages when formatted, in the style of a city adventure with the following sections:

1. OVERVIEW (1 page)
- Title (create an evocative name for a great city)
- Level range: 3-8
- One-sentence DM hook
- Summary: the PCs explore a great city where multiple religions, factions, and powers vie for control. Each district is a world unto itself, and the city's ancient secrets connect to divine forces
- The city's divine connection: why gods (or their agents) have a stake in this city

2. THE CITY -- GENERAL DESCRIPTION (1 page)
- Overview of the city: size, population, layout, districts, walls, major landmarks
- 5-7 districts: each with its own character, dominant religion/culture, and notable features
- The city's government and power structure
- How visitors are received and what they need to survive

3. DISTRICT 1: THE TEMPLE DISTRICT (1.5 pages)
- The religious heart of the city
- 3-4 temples/shrines, each dedicated to a different deity with their own priests and agendas
- Each temple should have: a priest, a ritual, a secret, and a dungeon level or hidden chamber
- Conflicts between religious factions
- Treasure: holy relics, temple treasures, forbidden texts

4. DISTRICT 2: THE MERCHANT/COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (1.5 pages)
- Markets, warehouses, guildhalls, and trading posts
- 3-4 locations: a major guildhall, a shady black market, a noble's mansion, a tavern frequented by adventurers
- NPCs: guild masters, rival merchants, information brokers, smugglers
- The economy: what the city trades, what's valuable, who controls the flow of goods
- A crime/underworld element: thieves guild, racketeers, kidnappers

5. DISTRICT 3: THE NOBLE/GOVERNMENT DISTRICT (1.5 pages)
- Palaces, government buildings, noble estates
- 2-3 locations: the ruling palace, an ancient archive, a noble's garden/estate
- The power structure: who rules and why
- Political intrigue: at least one conspiracy the PCs can uncover
- A hidden dungeon beneath the government buildings

6. THE CITY'S UNDERBELLY (2 pages)
- Sewers, catacombs, forgotten underground, the oldest parts of the city
- 3-5 areas with:
  - The city's original founders' tombs or temple
  - A monster population that has been there since the city was built
  - Ancient magic and artifacts predating the current city
  - A conspiracy connecting the underworld to the surface world
- The deepest secret: a divine presence or artifact that could change the city's fate

7. STAT BLOCKS (1-2 pages)
- 12-15 stat blocks for city inhabitants: guards, nobles, priests, merchants, monsters, conspirators

8. DM GUIDANCE (1-2 pages)
- Running a city adventure: balancing exploration, roleplay, and combat
- Making the city feel alive and interconnected
- Using the city as a base for ongoing campaigns
- Sequel hooks and city-based adventures
