Generate a complete D&D edition adventure module, approximately 10-16 pages when formatted, in the style of a ruined city/fortress adventure with the following sections:

1. OVERVIEW (1 page)
- Title (create an evocative name for a ruined city/fortress)
- Level range: 1-10+ (the adventure has zones accessible at different levels)
- One-sentence DM hook
- Summary: a once-great city or fortress lies in ruins, its fallen walls hiding treasures, monsters, and mysteries. Various factions seek to control or plunder it
- The city's fall: what destroyed it and what now inhabits the ruins?

2. THE OUTSIDE WORLD (1-2 pages)
- The nearest civilization to the ruins: a village, outpost, or nearby city
- 4-5 locations and NPCs: the mayor/leader, a scout, a merchant who trades in ruins loot, a scholar who studies the city's history
- The factions: at least 3 competing groups who want the city (adventurers, monsters, a secret society, a noble house)
- The city's geography: which direction it faces, what natural features surround it, how far it is from civilization

3. THE RUINS -- OUTER WALLS AND GATES (1-2 pages)
- Describe the outer walls, gates, and first districts
- 2-3 encounter areas among the outer ruins
- Environmental hazards: unstable structures, collapsing walls, hidden pits, traps left by the original defenders
- Treasure: ruins salvage, broken weapons, hidden caches
- The ruins' architecture: what city was it? What was its greatest achievement?

4. THE CITY INTERIOR -- UPPER DISTRICTS (2-3 pages)
- The better-preserved upper districts: palaces, temples, noble mansions
- 3-4 distinct areas with:
  - Area name and description of what remains
  - Inhabitants: monsters who've claimed the ruins, surviving NPCs, faction members
  - A puzzle or challenge related to the city's history
  - Treasure: intact homes, hidden vaults, ancient records
  - Lore about the city's golden age and its fall
- At least one area should feature a faction conflict the PCs can join or exploit

5. THE CITY INTERIOR -- LOWER DISTRICTS AND UNDERCITY (2-3 pages)
- The slums, market district, and underground levels
- 3-4 distinct areas
- Each with its own hazards, monsters, and treasures
- The undercity: sewers, catacombs, forgotten tunnels
- Deeper secrets about why the city truly fell
- A major monster lord or faction leader controlling a significant portion of the city

6. THE HEART OF THE CITY (1-2 pages)
- The throne room, great temple, or central power source
- The final boss: the ruler of the ruins or the ancient force that destroyed the city
- What the boss wants and what happens if defeated
- The city's ultimate treasure or curse

7. STAT BLOCKS (1-2 pages)
- 15+ stat blocks for the wide variety of inhabitants
- Include: monsters, faction members, bosses

8. DM GUIDANCE (1 page)
- Running a large, multi-zone ruins adventure
- Managing faction politics and player choices
- Pacing exploration of a massive area
- Sequel hooks: what happens after the ruins are conquered?
