Generate a complete D&D edition adventure module, approximately 16-20 pages when formatted, in the style of an ultra-lethal dungeon adventure with the following sections:

1. OVERVIEW (1 page)
- Title (create a terrifying name for an undead lord's tomb)
- Level range: 10-20+ (this is an extreme challenge)
- One-sentence DM hook
- Summary: the tomb of an ancient, evil lich lord (or similarly powerful undead) is a trap-filled dungeon designed to lure and destroy the greedy and arrogant
- The lich lord: his name, history, crimes, and why his tomb is a deadly puzzle

2. THE APPROACH (1 page)
- The landscape leading to the tomb: desolate, cursed, haunted
- 1-2 encounter areas: undead patrols, cursed ground, environmental death traps
- Signs that this is no ordinary tomb
- The tomb's exterior: ominous, fortified, clearly not meant to be entered

3. THE TOMB'S ENTRANCE AND FIRST LEVELS (2-3 pages)
- The entrance should be a test: only those who solve a deadly riddle can enter (or the entrance itself is a trap)
- 3-4 levels/chambers
- Each area with:
  - Area name and description
  - Traps: lethal, deceptive, or clever (describe the mechanism and how to avoid it)
  - Monsters: guardians, undead, constructs
  - False treasure and real treasure (most treasure should be cursed)
  - Clues about the tomb's master
- The tomb should punish greed, arrogance, and carelessness

4. THE MIDDLE LEVELS (3-4 pages)
- The heart of the death trap: more complex and deadly traps
- 3-4 areas with increasingly elaborate puzzles and lethal traps
- The tomb's master's personality revealed through traps and decorations
- Mini-boss encounters
- Real treasure hidden among the traps
- Moral choices: the tomb tests the characters' values, not just their skills

5. THE DEEPEST LEVELS (2-3 pages)
- The lich lord's resting place
- The most elaborate trap of all
- The lich lord's final defense
- The lich lord's personality: sadistic, arrogant, cunning
- Boss encounter
- The lich lord's true weakness and what happens when he's defeated
- The ultimate treasure: a reward for those who prove worthy, not just greedy

6. STAT BLOCKS (1-2 pages)
- 15+ stat blocks: traps described as mechanical entities, undead, guardians, the lich lord

7. TREASURE (1 page)
- Cursed items clearly marked as such
- True treasures that require cleverness to obtain
- A master treasure list

8. DM GUIDANCE (2-3 pages)
- Running an ultra-lethal dungeon: fairness, clarity, and challenge
- When to hint vs when to let characters fail
- Communicating danger without railroading
- The philosophy of the Tomb of Horrors: what makes a good death trap
- Sequel hooks and how to integrate this into a campaign
