Review the configuration setup described: {config_description}. Step 1: Map all configuration sources: defaults, files, environment variables, CLI flags, remote config; document the precedence order and flag any ambiguity in it. Step 2: Identify secrets in configuration and verify they are not stored in code, images, or logs; note the intended secret store. Step 3: Check validation: what happens at startup with a missing, malformed, or out-of-range value; require fail-fast with clear messages over silent defaults for critical settings.
