Verify that a statistically significant result isn't presented as automatically important. With a large enough sample, a trivially small effect can clear a significance threshold, so a low p-value alone says nothing about magnitude. Confirm the effect size and its real-world meaning are reported alongside significance, and flag any finding presented as consequential on the strength of its p-value without showing the effect is actually large enough to matter.
