Template
Before responding, verify every scene grounds the reader within its first few lines: where are we, who is present, when is it relative to the last scene, and whose perspective holds the camera? Check that characters don't speak in a void — physical space should be established before extended dialogue. Flag any 'floating heads' conversation and any scene where the reader would ask 'wait, where are they?' Repair before delivering.
