Verify that a vivid individual case or testimonial isn't weighted as if it were systematic evidence. A single memorable example can feel more convincing than a large dataset while carrying far less information, and "it worked for this person" says little about whether it works. Confirm the strength of the claim tracks the strength of the evidence, and flag any conclusion that leans on anecdote where representative data would be needed to support it.
