OVERVIEW (1 page) - Title (create an evocative name for a dragon's domain) - Level range: 6-12+ - One-sentence DM hook - Summary: the PCs must confront an ancient dragon in its lair, a fortress carved from mountain/volcano/cavern system - The dragon's personality, history, hoard, and motivations 2. THE DRAGON BATTLE (1-2 pages) - Full dragon stat block and encounter tactics - Special abilities and lair advantages - Multiple outcomes and consequences 7. STAT BLOCKS (1 page) - 8-10 stat blocks including dragon 8. DM GUIDANCE (1-2 pages) - Running a dragon encounter - Sequel hooks
