1. OVERVIEW (1 page)
- Title (create an evocative name for a dark forest adventure)
- Level range: 2-6
- One-sentence DM hook
- Summary: the PCs enter a vast, ancient forest where a powerful hag has turned the woodland into her domain, twisting creatures and plants to her will
- The hag's nature, backstory, and goal

2. THE FOREST VILLAGE (1-2 pages)
- A village at the forest's edge
- 4-5 locations: inn, forest edge, farmer's field, shrine
- 4-5 NPCs: village elder, missing hunter, woodsman, failing farmer
- The village's relationship with the forest

3. THE FOREST'S EDGE (1-2 pages)
- Transition from civilized land to wild forest
- 2-3 encounter areas: twisted plants, enchanted animals, fey trickery
- Environmental hazards: getting lost, enchanted paths, predatory flora
- Signs of the hag's influence

4. THE HAG'S DOMAIN (2-3 pages)
- 3-5 areas deep within the hag's territory
- Each with: description, twisted creatures, magical challenges, treasure, lore
- The forest alive with the hag's will

5. THE HAG'S HIVE/CAVE (2-3 pages)
- The hag's lair: cave, hollow tree, or twisted grove
- The hag's appearance and personality
- Her plan and the forest's restoration
- Boss encounter with hag abilities and forest allies
- The hag's weakness

6. STAT BLOCKS (1 page)
- 10-12 stat blocks for forest creatures, the hag

7. DM GUIDANCE (1 page)
- Running a hag adventure
- Sequel hooks
